Lighting, data and electrical for multi-level city office
When a multi-level building needed to completely refit their offices within nine weeks, they engaged us to design bespoke lighting and electrical. Our team of eight technicians managed the project from end to end, including planning the data, AV, lighting and emergency lighting, demolishing the existing infrastructure, and installing the planned systems. We worked with suppliers to procure all lighting within 8 weeks, and offered alternatives to maintain the construction schedule dates. Because of the tight timelines, we worked closely with the client to stay on track and ensure the timeline was met.
Complete lighting design and fit-out for 10+ Fitstop franchises
With rapid growth and expansion nationally we assisted with over a dozen new gyms, they needed a custom fit-out across all of the locations. We designed and constructed the lighting, power and data, and commissioned the audio system to Fitstop’s requirements. We rolled out these projects in teams of two or three, with timelines varying from tight turnarounds of two weeks, through to two months. We held the stock in our warehouse to ensure we would have the materials we needed available, reducing delays.
Emergency repairs for commercial office tower
When wild weather caused severe flash flooding in South East Queensland, our Property Management client contacted us because one of their buildings’ main switch board was inundated – causing the whole site to lose power. We worked through the night to resupply power for the building’s essential services using temporary generators, and removed the damaged and unserviceable items. Our suppliers were able to source replacement parts from all around Australia in record time, which meant we were able to get everything installed, testing, and back up and running in under 80 hours from the original callout.
